1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Digital Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on this store are digital downloads delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased files.

Digital products are delivered via download link to the email address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for files lost after delivery due to technical issues on your end.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases where the file is corrupted or the wrong file was delivered. To request support, contact us at info@digitalbloom.space within 7 days of purchase.

4. License & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the file for your own use unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any digital product purchased from this store.
You may not claim ownership of any design, template, or file sold here.
Commercial use licenses, if offered, will be explicitly stated in the product listing.

5. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other supported payment processors. Digital Bloom does not store your credit card information.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this store or its products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Infringing on intellectual property rights
Distributing purchased files to third parties
Using products in a way that violates applicable local or international laws

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Bloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
