1. All sales are final
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made at Digital Bloom are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered or a download link has been accessed, we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No returns accepted
Since digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns of any kind. All product descriptions and previews are provided prior to purchase so you can make an informed decision before buying.
We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and any sample files before completing your purchase.
3. Exceptions — when we will help
We will consider a replacement or store credit (not a cash refund) in the following limited circumstances:
The file delivered is corrupted, broken, or cannot be opened with standard software.
You received the wrong file — meaning the file delivered does not match what was listed on the product page.
A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your download.
To be eligible, you must contact us at info@digitalbloom.space within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.
4. What we do not cover
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
You do not have the software required to open the file (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word).
The product did not meet your personal expectations, despite matching the listing description.
You forgot to apply a discount code before checkout.
A duplicate purchase was made — please contact us promptly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us at info@digitalbloom.space within 48 hours and we will review your request. Refunds for duplicate purchases are at our sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks & disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of product delivery. We take fraud seriously and will cooperate fully with payment processors.
